She has got 2 / 3 offers from UK universities and she need to select one of them.She has to bear the course fee and Living expenses for 1 year which will be big amount but she will be managing little part of this by doing some part time job as she has plan of it.she has been struggling since last 6 years when she got the viral fever which made her physically disabled.she want to come up in life and be financially independent for which she need your guidance as well as help. The mother is 12th Std educated and currently unemployed due to Typhoid which she got twice before in the last 8 months duration. She stays in a MHADA colony in single room on rent.The owner has asked her to vacate by the 15th October.She has no support from her parental family ever since she got married 10 years ago. Her husband had a mental illness which she was ignorant about. It was a love marriage. He is currently staying with his parents in Mangalore and does not wish to be associated with her. She has not filed for a legal divorce.They are no more in contact with each other since the last 7 years.She wishes to go for a legal divorce. Currently she has a boyfriend who is her only support who lends her some money and helps her seek medical care.Recently he has met with a minor accident and is down with a leg fracture. Currently client is unemployed, having problems with her housing and health is extremely poor. She wants to start her private tuitions as previous employments would require her to travel 4 hours which would be time consuming adding on to her poor health and affecting her relationship with her daughter. Due to financial constraints she faces all the time her health gets affected and she is unable to pay rent at times leading her to struggle with housing issue too. Her daughter too was not doing well at school.SHe is showing signs of learning disability and is being treated at Nair hospital.She is kept her for foster care kind of servic at a monthly sum of Rs.3,000/- which also is financially taxing for her. Can anyone help her with accomodation or employment or financially. Any organisations that could help her? She is very much depressed. |

Res mem/sir,
I alpa lodaya 31 year old lady living in mumbai mulund , my husband is
33 year old (was business man )injured in accident & he is patient
of paraplegic, he is not Abel to walk or stand or seat without support
after the one years treatment.. we go to hajiali for handicap
certificate they declare 80% handicap from lower limb & now for his
conditions even i am not able to live him Alon at home, & without
employment how can i run my home, & all expenses related it, my
kids education, home loans payment, we have no income scall from last
year in last year we lost all our capital in treatment & losses in
business because of absent of both , we an cashed our all mutual fund,
Investments of fund due to shortage in treatment & repayment of
housing loan's instalment.
my husband was a well business man & even i run good work we was
just setteled in our life & this tragedy being & our all life
disturbed . we are regular tax payer of this country,
Now we facing a big problem please guide me & help me out from all this..
read below matters very care fully & help out from it to come out my family from dipretion.
* why pera peciants not get advantage of mediclaim when its long term
treatment of physiotherapy & rehabilition? ?? & the family
members goes in depretion due to loose a not only working member of
family but the most helpfull support based of the femily.(please draw
attention of govt on this very strowngly & immediat to avoid
serious problem of family members to come out from big depretion)
* As i have to care of my hubby for whole day hw can i earn or run the
life. as we are reguler tex payer now all liabilty goes to govt to look
after our liability now????? atlist education fess way of till their
education over.
* how can i paid education fees & school bus fees & thier
future's education. so govt have to provide schoolership to my kids
till thier study over.
* as my hubby is totally on wheel chair , no urin contol no motion
control (i have to pass out urin in every 2 to 3 hours by self
cathertor. as motion pass out have to clean no time fixestion) how can
i live him alon & surch for job???
*How the govt rules are helps me/ my hubby to do work from nearest pleace where we live???
*Is we get some land & license from govt & finance for established our self as project
* help for flat in group / plot at our residence area for making office
& home at same place so he can do work without trouble of moving
one place to another
* his education is: he complit his 12Th passed with 2ND class so what
benfit he get in job opportunity in govt skill from home operation???
or other guidline please.
please help us with solution of all this query's solution
