Student of K.J. Somaiya  Arts & Commerce college.

Family Background: Her Father is the only earning member who supports other 5 people in the family including herself. Family consists of Grandmom, Mother Brother & Sister.

Father : Labor in Tata Motors Income Rs. 25000 (Uttar Pradesh)

Grand Mom: Medically ill.

Mother : Housewife. 

Brother : MBA Final year. (Delhi)

Sister Final year Engineering  (Orrisa)

She was the student of Commerce Final Year.(Mumbai)

Occurrence of accident: on 30th December while going to her uncle's place on bike with her cousin in Navi Mumbai.

Bike was hit by the Dumper from behind at around 12:30 am. near Vashi.

Accident caused her leg injury damaging her bone of Thigh and Feet.  Medical terms she was operated on Internal fixation of the Femur / Fibula / Tibia.

She was taken to Sion Hospital but due to lack of facility was then shifted to the above hospital in the morning. In the due course to avoid infection no medical treatment was given by Sion hospital. Once taken the doctor immediately operated her wound and was on recovery; but since she was not operated on time it caused infection in her Lungs, Kidney & Heart. Presently she is on ventilator past 4 days. Patient has developed Septicemia, Septic Shock & ARDS with rental shut down.

Approx. charges is Rs. 7 lac. of Hospital and other medicine required to treat is Rs. 2.5lac approx.
