My self Ms. Kavita Nandlal Sohanda residing at Baroda city, Gujarat .

I am living with my mother. She is 63 years old. My Father is no more. He was suffering from Blood Cancer.  I am only earning member at my home even I am handicap. I have problem in right hand from birth. I also don’t have brother. My mother is now suffering from Hyper Blood Sugar, Blood pressure, expanded heart problem and Cataract in both eyes. She is taking insulin injection every day for two times. Also she lost her one finger of her foot due to blood sugar problem. I don’t have job also and somebody is also require at home for taking care of her.  Every month the medicines exp.  is Rs. 1500/- of her. Day to day medical expenses and surgery charges is very high for me and I am unable to manage all this things.

This is my humble request you to kindly pull me out from this situation by some financial help or by providing some medicines for my mother. I can post your organization all the medical reports on your demand. My Saving bank account details are as under.

3. Details: I, aged 38 years married person .I faced Chronic kidney failure and transplantation took place in December 2001 at Acharya Vinoba Bhave Rural Hospital, Sawangi (Meghe) Wardha. Now after 8 years, my planted kidney stopped responding Dr. has suggested that again kidney transplantation is required
